We saw the work being on our neighbors garage door. When I went over to talk to the tech Johnathan about checking our door, he came over as soon as he finished his work at our neighbors. Johnathan was very courteous and explained what was needed after a brief inspection. We got him scheduled to come and replace our opener and springs, he showed up right on time and made sure all our different remote openers were operating correctly. Thank you for having such courteous and professional techs.

The service was great, technician performing the repair was great, My only negative mark was the pricing, I have no problem paying for services rendered, however, When I called in and spoke to Taylor (who answered the phone) I was quoted between $300-$400 dollars, plus a $59.00 service call fee, I even looked up the part number and saw the cost of the spring, When the Technician quoted me over $600.00 dollars, I was blown away!!, he immediately went into downing the original installation of my whole garage door system, saying it's been replaced before due to the parts coming from HomeDepot (that's falsity, my home is 7 years old, they are the original parts from when the home was built), also saying the springs that he is replacing were to weak, etc., etc., He continued to say I should rebuild the entire system for well over $1,000 dollars!! I was quoted on the phone by Taylor that the cost of the springs were $88.00 dollars a piece, I was charged over $200.00 dollars a piece, just for the tech to give me $75.00 off "after he called his boss", in the end the tech was professional, work was performed properly, as far as over charging, definitely will not be using you company again in the future.

We chose Precision because of its rating on the web site. I was impressed with their web site and quick response. They did not let us down. Jonathan Ferreira did an excellent job in a timely manner. He explained the problem with the door in layman’s term as well as all our options. He was very courteous and well mannered. He did as not rushed and took his time explaining things. As far as price there’s nothing cheap nowadays. But you get what you pay for and I feel like we got a real bargain. Thanks to a job well done.
