Precision has previously installed new garage doors but because the house was being renovated, we weren’t ready for the wall mount openers. Brad and his assistant (sorry I didn’t get his name) came to mount the wall openers and new sensors that were needed. They were prompt, courteous and quick! Thanks again!

Brad and Joe came to our house to check out our garage door functions. We were given different options with the cost for each option. Once we decided what to do they installed our new motor and accessories in a very timely fashion. They also set up my wife's car to open the garage door. They also were 2 hours early. Very pleased with the whole process. Will recommend to others. Great job.

He called to let me know what time he was arriving, arrived on time, checked what happened to my garage door opener, showed me the problem, explained my options clearly and performed the work I requested. I first checked for Lift Master dealers and was given three companies that were out of town. I then searched intown garage door companies and recognized Precision from TV adds. Check you out and you carried Lift Master and were local. Every detail from first phone call to completed job was exceptionally well handled. Brad Blankenship came out to fix my garage door opener. My car battery was dead and the gear was stuck in park. He did not have access to the opener since we could not move my car. I rescheduled for him to come out a few days later after I fixed my car. Brad was super helpful during the first visit and attempted to help me with the dead battery situation. He knew how frustrated I was and provided several suggestions on how we could get the car in neutral so we could push it out. Unfortunately none of the options were successful. When he came back a second time, he desperately tried to fix my garage door opener, especially knowing I had just dropped money in a new battery. Unfortunately the opener was completely shot and I had to put a new one in. Brad installed the garage door opener very quickly, including the programming of my remote and keypad entry. He explained all the differences between my old and newer opener and answered all my questions regarding warranties. He did this even as he was training a new employee who was working with him. Brad went far and above what any other repair service provider would consider. He was compassionate, funny and extremely congenial. He is no doubt a huge asset to the company and I would recommend Brad and Precision Door to everyone.
