We are so happy to have found this company. They were immediately responsive to my inquiry, made an appointment to have a tech come to our house (an hour away from their business), the appt. was confirmed via email, the tech called to let us know when he would be arriving. Once he arrived, he was very professional and friendly. He found the problem in a few minutes, and corrected it. We were sure we'd have to pay for a new opener or at least a huge repair bill. The whole visit was more than reasonable. I have no hesitation about calling them again should any other problem arise, and recommend anyone needing help in this area to give them a call. You won't be disappointed. Bravo!!

I first called Precision when the tension rod broke on my garage door. The technician Brad Blankenship responded promptly to the situation and determined what the best fix would be. He installed a new motor and fixed an existing issue the same day without any problems. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable. When another issue arose, Brad came back out and immediately identified and fixed the problem. Brad was an excellent technician and I would not hesitate to recommend him or Precision garage door service to anyone. I am very happy with their quality of work.

Called at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday, arrival time was between 12 noon and 4:00 p.m. Arrived at 12 noon !! Brad introduced himself, very friendly, and knew exactly what to fix. Explained what the problem was and the potential problems in the future. Fixed both our garage doors in 2 hours. Definitely will recommend Precision to my friends. Thank you for the quick service. Precision Garage Door installed a new garage door at my house on 08/13/2018. I have waited for 1 year to reply so that I could evaluate the performance during this period. have lived in this house since 1998 and prior to having Precision install the new door repair service was performed 3 times by local contractors. The repair service was poor and problems were not corrected. The new door(Precision) for 1 year is amazingly quiet and has not failed once during the year. I am totally pleased in all aspects and therefore chose the "5 Star" rating.
