This is the 2nd time using Precision Door. Ben and Tom were very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. They fixed a broken spring and rails where the rollers had dislodged. They were on time, actually showed up early. They fixed my problems in a very reasonable time frame, had all the parts on hand. They cleaned up after themselves, explained their work to me, and left promptly. I will use them again. Ed

The spring broke on our garage door on Saturday afternoon, with 1 car essentially trapped inside. I called on Sunday morning, and they were able to fix it that same day! The technician arrived early, explained everything and got it fixed quickly and professionally. Very impressed!

I chose Precision because I needed immediate service. I was leaving town the next day & could not shop around. A broken spring was the main issue but the door had not been maintained very well over the past 15 to 18 years. I agreed to all the recommended repairs and/or replacements. Very well done and also very expensive. Hopefully I received what I paid for. I would rate the service 4.5 stars.

5 Stars! I truly appreciate the professionalism and care from this company and its workers. The technician Tom was thorough with his assessment and explanation to me at the time of service. They were able to complete the work in an earlier time slot the day after I called and it was finished in a far less time frame than I had planned. We had a full side spring break which damaged the frame of the door opener as well as a horrid spring replacement several months ago by a scam company. He was honest in explaining the recommendations for repair and replacement and sympathetic to the fraud we fell victim to . I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! Thank you!

Tom has now come to my place twice, found a small problem and did not charge for his visit. He has also done other work at a high quality level. I appreciate the old fashioned idea of wiggling a couple of wires, solving problem and leaving with a handshake and no bill. I will continue to call Precision for all garage door problems!

From my initial call to thanking Tom the service man, everyone was extremely professional and efficient. My only concern was the cost: 2 torsion springs, end bearing set, knock out bearings; $476.00. If this is the going rate then Precision is highly recommended.
