Paul Brinkman just came out as we were having strange issues with our garage door openers. Paul was amazing he was up front and worked to find the problem without hesitation. He had a very nice way about him and was ever so helpful. We will definitely ask for him when we call for an opener on our other garage. He was honest and so very polite and understanding especially when he heard about our original experience with our install serviceman. Thank Paul it was truly a pleasure meeting you. You WILL be hearing from us in the future. If only everybody had the professional precise way about them when addressing an issue. Bless your heart

Our garage doors are about 15 years old. Lots of ware and tair. I ask around and called Precision. I was not expecting a lot but boy was I wrong. The tec. that they sent, his name is Bashir. I have worked in my trade for 27 years, and I know a lot. Bashir has worked in his trade almost 2 years and in my opinion is an expert. He introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He inspected the doors, made a plan and explained each step, he explained why he was doing it , how long it would take and the cost. Once a plan was agreed on, he got to work and finished in no time. I find Bashir to be a very well manager highly intelligent, hard working employee and an asset to your company. Thank you Bashir and Precision for a job very well done.
