The service provided was great! 5 stars there. They gave me same day service to replace my 4 extension springs for my garage door. Good follow up to the booking. The technician called to give me a time estimate, and then called again as he was nearing my home. Very nice person, and answered all questions that I had. But, then I give 1 star for the pricing of the P728C springs. My fault for not checking the price ranges online, which, after the fact, saw that these extension springs are in the two digit range, each. The pricing I got charged was more in line with torsion springs, which can be five times the price of extension springs. Bottom line, it would have been a great experience were it not for the spring pricing.

I called Precision Monday morning as our garage door was no longer responding. Precision said they could get a person out later that day. Paul Brinkman arrived early evening, inspected our garage door, and made very useful suggestions explaining in layman's terms. We decided to replace a 15+ year unit. Paul installed the new opener, fixed several other minor issues, and walked us through features of the new opener. Paul Brinkman is great! Fantastic customer service. The spring on my garage door broke on Saturday of the Labor Day Weekend (2021). I tried calling my usual garage door service, the ones that initially installed it 28 years ago! I couldn't get a response so tried Precision. They answered the phone and I was able to get a technician, Paul Brinkman, out to my house that day. Paul was punctual, safe (mask, social distancing), and clean (I love when the place looks cleaner *after* someone does work at my house). Paul analyzed the problem and the condition of my door and the opener (old stuff). He gave me a few options on the work ranging from get it working, eeking out a bit more life in the current device, or upgrading to bright and shiny. I picked bright and shiny! The new Lift Master is WiFi enabled, has an app so I can control it from my phone, and the LED lights really light up the garage. So quiet too! This went from an emergency repair to a home upgrade in that one day. I have a new usual garage door service, Precision :)
