I called Precision ( I’ve used them before ) on a Friday and they could have had someone out that night. It wasn’t an emergency so they came the next day way within the four hour window. Carlos Larios was the technician and he did an amazing job. He let me know exactly what was needed for the repair but also checked all the other parts and informed me that I needed to replace old parts. He showed me what was wearing out and a potential safety issue so I knew it was for real and not just a way to make more $. Besides, the parts hadn’t been replaced in about 23 years! He was very professional but also spent time just chatting about stuff (I tend to talk a lot 😬). Hopefully I didn’t keep him past his work hours 😳! I would definitely say Carlos is a great asset to the company!

Philip arrived earlier than thought as I had a 4-hour window of time. He accessed the situation regarding my broken garage door. I dreaded hearing him say I needed a new door.
