The technician, Brandon, was in my house within 2 hrs and finished the job for 2 garage door openers. He looked over my needs and evaluated my garage opener system and suggested things to do and upgrade. He presented me with a quote, I confirmed ... and got it done. Our garage door stopped working when one of the hinges broke. I called Precision because of their great reviews, and now I can why they got them! Brandon was out to see me first thing the next morning. He was on time, gave me an estimate and fixed it within the next 90 minutes. We were able to contact Precision Door Service on a Saturday for our garage door repair which was convenient. Phillip, the service technician, called in the morning and was able to come earlier that the scheduled time. He gave us a couple options for repair of the door and we decided on the better option including replacement of the Genie Trolley, torsion springs, bearings and roller. After the completion of the repair, besides now having a function garage door, the door is quieter that it's been in a long time. Phillip was thorough with the repair and left the garage spotless. We would highly recommend this Precision Door.

I called to the company once again several days ago, because my garage door didn't work well and they gave me several options with time availability. Two guys, Mario and Garrett, came in time, found out the problem with garage door and fixed it in short time and for very reasonable money.
