Brandon came early and was very professional. He changed all the channels on the three remotes and on one new remote that we purchased from your company. He did the maintenance. Only thing is on two remotes he coded them backwards instead of left to right he did right to left so I had to label them with a strip of papers for two of them.

I called Precision in the morning and Paul came a few hours later the same day to fix and repair my noisy garage door. Paul was very organized and within an hour he replaced all the original plastic and noisy rollers with better and long lasting ball bearing rollers.. and with a tweak here and a tweak there and the door now closes much... I was able to make a same day appointment after 5pm, which was the most convenient for me. Josh called when he was 15 minutes out and solved the sensor problem in a few minutes. He also told me how to troubleshoot if a similar problem happens in the future. My wife and I extremely happy with the workmanship, professionalism and expertise provided to us by Brandon. I initially called Precision Door just to get a quote for a spring replacement. After accepting the terms of the quote, i was booked for an appointment right away. Upon arrival, Brandon immediately went to troubleshoot my garage door. He confirmed what was on the work order (replace broken spring), but mentioned that the garage mechanism will need additional work. Obviously, the revised quote was more than what i budgeted for. He proceeded to me show me the condition each drum and advised me to replace because they were past their useful life. At this point, i was just thinking of the safety of my wife and kids if something were to go wrong with the door and did take the opportunity to address it then. My garage door opener broke down on me on a Friday night. I called Precision Door Service immediately that night and made an appointment for the very next day between 8:00am and 12 noon to have it checked out. The next day, technician Jerry Parker arrived exactly at 8:ooam (actually he was there earlier, and waited for me). Jerry thoroughly explained what was wrong with my broken, outdated garage door opener. After I gave the go to replace with a brand new opener, Jerry broke down the cost, service charge and tax, so I knew what the total cost was going to be ahead of time. Jerry did an excellent job! He installed the new opener in less than two hours, and thoroughly explained its operating features. I highly recommend Precision Door Service for their expertise and high quality work! Actually, I should give Precision Door Service and technician Jerry Parker another 5 star review!! He happened to repair my mom's garage door in San Jose about 9 months ago. What a coincidence!! I didn't get to post a review back then. He did a fantastic job there too. My mom was totally satisfied with Jerry's high quality service. He made the damaged garage door look good as new and now operates more efficiently. Great job Jerry!

I had this door opener installed 2015 and its been nothing but trouble. Finally today a guy came out to fix it again who knew what he was doing. He told me that it had ben installed wrong from the very beginning and that was why it ws so much trouble. It cost me 300-500 dollars to fix each time so I'm into it for about $5000.00 needless to say I'm disappointed. I kept going back to them each time because they installed it and thought it was beast.

The manual roll up garage door was difficult to lift/close and was noisy. After James replaced the original 12 metal rollers, both side pulleys, and adjusted the track, the door rolled up much easier and was noticeably less quiet. I had no clue the maintenance was what was needed. Now my back will thank me and my biceps will flex a little less. Thanks to Yelpers for the reviews and mentioning the 5% discount. Money worth spending during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Now I need my stimulus check to pay this off.
