I picked Precision because of your advertisement on TV. I called and a nice Lady, I believe her name was Bluie, answered, listen to my problem and set me up with an appointment. Your Service Technician Bryce Dias called and was over at my home 20 minutes later. He evaluated the problem, gave me an estimate and came back the next day and fixed the problem. Replaced 3 springs - green powder coated high cycle springs 3 end bearing brackets (pair), & 4" rollers - 13 ball bearing polyurethane 4" stem (10 piece). Bryce Dias installed the before mention parks within one hour and explained the reasons for each part. Well done!

They changed out my motor put a new belt drive in and change my springs on my door did a very nice job. A month later I had an issue on an adjustment and they came right back out and fixed it. Very professional thanks guys

I really liked your TV add. It really sounded that it was talking to me personally. I received a new garage door tune up and upgrade that was recommended by the technician Julian. He was absolutely right and it resolved all my issues that I had been experiencing for such a long time , but not any longer. I am pleased to say that from now on I will be using Precision to service my garage door.

I called on Friday afternoon and dispatch was able to get me a Saturday morning appointment (next day!). Julian V was very professional, personable and thorough in evaluating our current garage door. He gave his recommendations and prioritized the problems. We had a faulty spring and old cheap plastic noisy rollers from the original installation, so he was able to replace all those for a reasonable price. The result is a much smoother and quieter operating door what doesn’t roll closed on its own. We also know that we will need to replace our opener in the Near future And we’ll know who to call. Thank you Julian and Precision Door service!
