My garage door install was done improperly and my door would not function. My seal and mouldings were not put on correctly and damaged. The seal was saved, but the trim/molding couldn’t be. My window mouldings never showed up and the door sealing mouldings were reordered almost three months ago and still no replacements and install is still incomplete. I was told many times sorry and that in approximately a month we can be back. I’ve called and left voicemail and no response. Definitely would not recommend!

We found Precision Garage Door listed for garage door repairs on the internet with an excellent star rating for customer service. We agree that it definitely deserves the 5 star rating. Our tech was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The job (our garage door was not working due to a broken spring and snapped cables) was repaired the day after it broke. Service was scheduled quickly with one phone call. The job performed exceeded our highest expectations. Truly amazing service. We were in need of several repair replacement parts: Springs, cables, rollers and we also purchased 4 new remotes and new keypad. Very pleased with Precision.
