PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF LITTLE ROCK

After calling around to a few companies, I decided to go with Precision based on their competitive pricing and responsive receptionists, who were quickly able to schedule an appointment with a technician to repair my garage door. The technician, Ethan, contacted me when he would be expected at my residence and was very professional throughout the entire process. He meticulously inspected each component, answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and most importantly fixed the problem! I would highly recommend to those in need of any garage service.

This is an outstanding business. I came home late Monday and tried to open my garage door just to find that it had passed on to garage door heaven sometime that day. I called Precision Door first thing Tuesday morning and arranged for someone to come out and look at it Wednesday. The service tech arrived on time and immediately recognized the issues that caused it to fail, gave me all the different options, called the warehouse to confirm the door I chose was in stock and arranged for it to be installed Friday morning (please note this is the Wed before Thanksgiving and the Fri after). The guys arrived promptly at 8am and had it installed perfectly in no time. I cannot recommend this company enough. No other company around comes close to the service Precision Door provides. The people are great, the prices are fair but the service is out of this world.

Thomas did a fabulous job. Our opener had stopped responding. He quickly identified the issue and replaced the opener. The rollers were not working well, and he replaced the needed rollers and the springs. The door is so quiet you cannot hear it open or close in the house.

COLLIN HESSSTARTED CALLING ME AT ABOUT 9AM, TO SEE IF HE COULD RESPOND EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED. HE COMMUNICATED PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS, EFFECTIVELY, AS WELL AS WORKED AT A FAST PACE. HE COMPLETED THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. MY ONLY CONCERN, IS THAT YOUR WEBSITE DETAILS A $70 SERVICE CALL, THAT IS NOT TO BE CHARGED , IF THERE IS AN ACTUAL REPAIR. MY BILL WAS IN EXCESS OF $1200, AND I WAS STILL CHARGED THIS FEE. OTHERWISE, KUDOS FOR THE EXPERIENCE.

Very disappointing. The service representative did little to troubleshoot my garage door opener problem. In fact he went on to tell me the opener was shot and that I needed to go up from a 1/2 horsepower to a 3/4 horsepower motor (hogwash). He went on to say the garage door needed to be replaced. I didn’t take the bait. I called another garage door company. Their service rep took one look at my door and knew exactly what was wrong. He had the opener running properly in one minute. I’ll never dial up Precision Door again. The rep tried to totally rip me off at the tune of $5,000.
