Yes, Alex was dressed properly and had identification. Very friendly and as I watched him install new garage door springs he answered any and all questions that I had professionally. Very nice young man. My wife remembered seeing a commercial on TV about PDS so we called late in the afternoon and by early evening Alex was at work replacing the springs. Great service with several option plans of what I would like to have done to the door.
