Extremely pleased with the service Drew provided! He was very knowledgeable of our old garage door system and really helped me understand the current state of it. We bought the home 6 months ago and had no idea how old and outdated it was! I can honestly say I know 1000% more about garage doors having spoke with him! The lady that answers your phones and books your jobs was a delight, so friendly and helpful. One of the nicest persons that I have met on the phone, working day before holiday! :-) Shelby was my tech, he was very professional, has a great personality and he finished the job for my garage door quickly and accurately. He also discovered some of the hinges on the door weren't properly installed, he pointed this out and he fixed it! He also greased all of the moving parts and replaced two springs and the freeway bearing. The garage door opens and close more quietly now! I was also impressed that I called for service this morning and the Shelby was by my home in less than 30 minutes to complete the garage door repair!
