Called precision this morning with a problem with my opener. Made an appointment for same day between 2-4. Service man called at 1:40 and said he was on his way. Arrived 20 minutes later. He was very professional and nice. Inspected opener, door and rails. Explained what was wrong with opener and pointed out a brace on my door that needed replaced. Gave me a reasonable price to repair. Had it repaired and sprayed rails and rollers efficiently and quickly. Would highly recommend them!! Chuck Newcomb

Mike & Alex came to completely switch out my whole 2 car garage door system. They had to remove all the existing wires, switches, tracks, springs, motors, & make a few modifications to install their system. With the insulated doors & belt driven motors, it cut the noise level of my old system by 80%, I would estimate. After the install, everything is working perfectly. With the new Wi-Fi, belt driven motors with back-up batteries, I can open & shut the doors from my smart phone & I don't have to worry about not being able to operate my doors in the rain without power.

Garage door cable on one side had came loose, and track on the other side had bent. Alex who had installed the garage door 2 1/2 years ago came out and repaired the door in probably 30 minutes or less. I am very pleased with the service provided by Alex. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. We have had Precision Doors work for us several times and have nothing but the best to day about Alex and Precision Doors.

Service Tech was knowledgeable, prompt and wore a face mask for his protection and mine. Very pleased. Complete rebuild of system including motor. New door was not needed. Broken spring brought him. His knowledge and salesmanship got the rest done. Lifetime warranty.

They were prompt but service call consisted of fellow moving lever took all of one minute. I found out by looking at truck and website they give seniors and military discounts I qualified for both. I called to question my charge of 71 dollars without discount and 2 days later the manager called and let me know it was not for service calls...so was charged full amount period. False advertising on truck and website but all he would say was no discount for service. I WILL NOT CALL THEM AGAIN...I told the person whom I talked to and he could have cared less. So expensive lesson learned do not believe what they advertise.
