If I could give this company 10 stars I would. A very large garage door on my pole building fell off track and wasn’t sure I would find someone to fix it … but luckily Precision Doors can handle even very large doors! I received outstanding service from the initial call through the repair! Ethan and James explained everything they did and the repair was expertly completed. Joe was outstanding with his attention to detail. He work thru several scenarios to make sure there was no additional outlining issues. Joe listen to my corny jokes and made feel like a true customer that was his number one priority. Joe was also a excellent sales person that tried to upsale the project at hand without being overbearing all though my system wasn't compatible after further investigation. But I'm considering revamping my compete system now just cause of Joe professional manner and caring attitude he gives to his customers and his knowledge. Joe did have to research a few things but afraid to use his resources instead of just trying to guess and make the situation worse.
