He explained everything thoroughly and helped troubleshoot as much as he could. He identified that the receiving board on my current unit had gone out. Ultimately, I had to have a new opener installed. Clay worked quickly and provided great service! I appreciated his diligent work today. Will recommend their service to friends and family!

Jon was a great technician, and was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything that was needed and was able to get it all done while he was here. I did purchase a new opener and all the moving parts associated with the door. I would recommend Jon as someone you can trust and not worry about the workmanship. I had a broken cable that caused the door to not function properly, but wound up with a totally new unit. New Rollers, new springs new cables. Basically everything but the door and rails. Good Job Jon.

Easy appointment set-up. Tech [James] called on day of service about 30 minutes before said arrival and arrived on time. Checked whole garage door system and explained what I needed to get everything running back like it should. The estimate had three levels or choices or grades of restoration, [Good-Better-Best]. I liked that. You can chose the door opener, accessories and price that fits your needs & wants. I went with the belt drive which is wisper quite. Will use them again and [ I Highly Recommend] Precision Door.

Alex came out to help get my garage door opener activated properly with my two cars, my original garage door opener re-activated, and my exterior keypad updated. I looked up garage door companies and have seen your trucks around town. The customer service lady on the phone was extremely courteous and helpful. The gentleman that came to our house was also extremely courteous and knowledgeable providing requested information quickly. I am looking at replacing our garage door.
