Precision Door did a great job replacing a garage door on our home. We had a good experience from beginning to end. Chandler came out to give us a quote on getting a new door. At no point did he make us feel pressured, which went a long way for us choosing Precision to do the replacement. We reviewed several different types of doors, both insulated and not. We were interested in the insulated doors but after reviewing our use case Chandler was honest and we ended up going with the simpler standard door. It did not make sense to buy the more expensive insulated door and we appreciated that he didn't even attempt force that issue. I was also interested in potentially replacing the motor but after being shown the options they offered I decided I wasn't ready to pay the price at this time. We discussed the pros and cons briefly but Chandler respect that decision and we moved on. I felt like my concerns and desires for this project were fairly assessed and met. The installation itself was equally good. The door was ordered and came in at the project time Chandler gave us. Justyn and his co-worker did the entire replacement in a couple hours and were very informative about their process. They gave me a great primer on the preventative maintenance of the new garage door (I was ignorant to most of them, but I'm not now). They went out of their way to remove a couple pieces of the old door that I wanted to keep. The job site was left clean and look great upon completion. They also cycled the door several times after doing the initial calibrations to verify operation of the door. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the job that they did. Additionally, the communication with Precision was very good. All of the technicians contacted me well before arrival to confirm it was a good time to arrive which really helped us schedule our time. It is a small thing, but having reliable communication is important to us. It shows they respect my time. My family will definitely reach out to Precision for any future garage related needs and will recommend them to anyone who asks. They did a great job.
