My garage door had a broken spring. I opted to replace both springs and other components that commonly fail over time. The installer was very polite and knowledgeable and did a great job. I called to have my noisy garage door looked at. Justin came out and found the issue very quickly. He also did an inspection of the door as a whole and identified some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed at some point. All to be expected with a 10+ year old door that had never been serviced before we bought the house. We decided to go ahead and get them taken care of and he was able to do it at that time. The door runs smoothly and quietly again and we are very pleased with the job done and the friendly and professional way it was handled. I highly recommend PDS for any garage door issues.

I had some work done on my garage door in the past by Precision. I was having what I thought was new issues with the door. The tech found that the problem was covered by their 5 year parts and labor warranty. He promptly made the needed repairs under the warranty at no charge based on the warranty. I will always use Precision for any garage door issues that I may have in the future.

Price quoted for a bare bones vinyl door was > 30% higher than Overhead door for a steel door of same design. Apples to apples comparison of quotes means we will go with Overhead for our needs. In addition, the sales rep from Precision was pretty arrogant. For the above reasons, we will not be using Precision for our door replacement.
