John and Jake did an awesome job. They were very helpful and explained everything and made sure I understood how everything worked before leaving. They even set my car up to the garage door. They were quick and professional, very nice guys. The only thing I wish was faster was that the garage door was available quicker. I do understand the supply and demand needs sometimes it takes longer to get things in (totally not their fault).

Your company was highly recommended. I was pleased with the previous visit to fix/advise on my door’s condition. The door is great & works well, but the reason I only gave 4 stars was because I had an appointment for 3:00pm. I had plainly stated I would not be home until then. They came early & installed & left before 3pm & I did not even see them! I was not happy about that!

I called Precision Garage Door based on their listing on the internet search because they advertised that they were a 24/7 business and performed work on the weekend as well as weekdays, I found myself in a disparate situation when my overhead garage door failed and needed repairs on Saturday, and I was leaving town on Tuesday morning and was going to be away from home most of the day on Monday, therefore I needed their Emergency Garage Door repair service as I could not close my garage door without the repairs. Precision scheduled me for repair on Saturday and their technician showed up as promised in a timely manner and completed the necessary repairs to my garage door to make it operational, and their charges were reasonable for this service.
