    The torsion spring broke on my garage door broke today. I googled garage door repairs and decided upon Precision because of their high rating plus the ease of online booking. My tech, Heath, was at my house in under 2 hours. I like that Precision sent his picture when notifying me he was on his way. Booking could not have been easier! Heath was awesome! He explained everything thoroughly, was very professional, and replaced the springs in a timely manner. He got the work done in 30 min! He had all the equipment in his truck, ready to go. He waived the service fee and even tightened the chain on the motor, which made it less noisy than before! This is a wonderful company! I will be using them again in the future. Thank you!
