He did such a good job that I had the confidence to let him look at another garage door that had not worked in a few years. I recently had a garage door spring to break. I looked around for a reputable company that does this type of work, and Precision ranked at the top of the list. My technician Chandler arrived on time, was very professional, and he sent a text with a photo before arriving so I could be sure it was him. He completed the job after giving me several options. He did a great job, and even gave me some ideas to make my garage door work better in the future. They are the only company I will use!!!

Chandler did an excellent job! He was proficient in analyzing the problems and optional solutions. He was not hard selling but being a good service technician. He provided options & their cost. Chandler did not talk above my knowledge, but explained my different options. I wish I had a hundred Chandlers for the business I recently sold.

Tech. Mitchell Meals arrived promptly at the appointment time. He was extremely professional an courteous. Within minutes he accurately diagnosed the problem as a faulty circuit board. Replaced the board and had the door full operational in less than 30 minutes. Customer Service at Precision Door sets the standard by which all customer service should be applies. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. They will be my first call for any and all garage door service.

All I can say is wow!!! I was very impressed with the work an the professionalism. Our spring broke..but before that..when opening an closing the door was super loud...after fixing the spring an replacing some bearings..I can't hear the door open or close..super quiet. The tech noticed the sensors that came with the motor we're still on the motor...I the last owner didn't replace the sensors...put those in for us too. Highly recommend this company!!!
