I saw your Ad in the phone book and it indicated a service call would be $29.00 if I mentioned the Ad. I decided to give you a chance to provide service for me. I had called Action Door and they could not respond to me until the following day, which was totally unacceptable as my door would not open and my car was in the garage. Your Tech. Although the serviceman who came to look at the garage door was pleasant and courteous, either he did not know how to quote prices for spring repair or your company grossly overcharges. Another company replaced the garage door springs today for $200.00 less than your company's quote. I will be putting a review on yelp and other sites as well.
