Wes was awesome. He arrived less than 20 minutes into the 2-hour window and was finished within 30 minutes. Not only did he repair the damaged door and hinges, he tightened all loose bolts, secured the tracks, and adjusted the opener so the door no longer slams to the floor. Couldn't be happier.

Our garage door fell and the spring broke with both our cars in the garage. It was Labor Day and we didn't know what we we were going to do. Thank goodness we happened on Precision Garage Door online and contacted them by live chat. Precision Door was very professional, sent us a picture of Wesley Smith, repairman. Our springs on the garage door broke this afternoon at Church. We called Precision and Wes showed early for the appointment this Sunday afternoon. Was very disappointed about the $69.00 charge. The pull up chain had slipped loose and that was the problem. The serviceman said whether he performs work or not he still had to charge me the money. All he did was shorten the backup string and that was it. I am upset about the charge, but I know the man had to be paid for his time which was about 30 seconds. Thank you.
