I chose Precision Door because they did such a great job repairing my parents garage door. I appreciate the professionalism and the fact that the repair was so simple that I was not even charged. It is rare to find ethical companies these days but I feel good about recommending Precision Dorr to anyone.

Called company late on a Friday afternoon and they had someone at my house by 5:00 pm the same day. Anthony (Tony) Storino, the technician, did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable about his job of repairing/installing garage doors. Courteous and explained everything very well and discussed issues that may occur in the future due to the age of the door. Would highly recommend Anthony. A company is only as good as their employees, and Anthony is definitely a valuable asset to Precision Garage Doors. Definitely will use them the next time I have a problem.

Adam & Nathan did a great job installing our new garage door & drive. We bought the Genie with the belt drive and WiFi and we love it. The door is very solid, especially compared to the previous non-insulated door, and quiet. Adam & Nathan did a great job cleaning up after as well. We probably didn't need the WiFi but it does add an extra layer of security in knowing if the garage is open or closed when away. Only snag we had was the doors are manufactured overseas and when it came in after 3 months there was a broken window so it ended up taking almost 6 months to finally get it in. It was frustrating! But now that it's in, we're very happy with the purchase. Precision Doors worked on our previous door and always does a thorough job.

I had a Precision technician perform a repair and service on my old door, a few years ago. The tech was professional and thorough. I had three bids on this replacement door (everything new) that was just installed, and was happy to give my business to Precision. The installers were here on time, knowledgeable and both very pleasant. Work was completed in a timely fashion, and both installers were particular in wanting the job to be absolutely correct. I could not be happier with the outcome. Communication was excellent, down to receiving photos of the installers to expect. I have and will continue to recommend this company.

Alex did a superb job! He was both personal and professional. My garage door had slipped off its track and was a mess. He was able to retension the spring, readjust the motor limits, rewind the cables, and he even reinstalled an improperly installed cutoff switch. Now the door goes up and down with ease and my car is no longer trapped. Great job! I highly recommend.

We chose Precision just from the website. Joe came out the same day I called in and gave our garage door a overhaul kit replacing the springs and rollers. He was on time, very professional and efficient.He fixed the garage door then and there without having to reschedule a different time to complete the task. The garage door is working perfectly. I also love the confirmation email they send beforehand telling you who your technician will be and pictures of what they look like. I love the safety factor. We were surprised that you were able to send a Technician out the same day we called which was about 4pm. The Technician ( Mr. Thomason) arrived about 5:30 & went to work immediately after explaining everything he was going to be checking. Once he completed a thorough inspection he made recommendations as to parts that needed to be replaced. Once we agreed on which parts he recommended to replaced he completed the work & reviewed what he had done with me. He also adjusted the travel of the opener to ensure it functioned properly. He was very professional & went over the final invoice including additional work that I should consider getting done as well as the 3 year warranty for the work performed. These guys are great! We had a problem with our door not opening when the sun hit the sensors in the afternoon. We called and they came out within 48 hours, moved the sensors, and fixed the problem. A+ on customer service!

Had a older Marantec opener that was working sporadically and causing some frustration. Reviewed the issue with the technician Joe and after discussing the options and best long term solution we went with a new opener. Could have just tried servicing the door and opener but Joe was honest in his evaluation and I respected his opinion. He did the job in about 90 minutes and was very pleased in the end result
