Doors (one in particular) were running rough.....Connor lubricated perfectly and all totally corrected. The lifetime warranty with Precision Door is exactly what they say. I actually called this morning and had Connor at our home by 11 am......Connor also helped in programming a door that was not properly programmed. Very satisfied with service received....5 stars for sure...
