I called Precision immediately after the spring in my garage door broke one evening after getting home from an appointment. I called their emergency number and was told that someone would be at my house the next morning to replace the spring. I was delighted when they arrived even earlier than expected. They did a great job replacing the spring. Very professional and competent.

My garage door had one of the springs break on Friday. Being a holiday weekend all the other places I called couldn't get to it until Tuesday. By chance, I called Precision Garage Doors and they had a repairman on call this weekend and scheduled for him to come out this morning! Tyson came out and took care of my problem. He actually called and came out earlier than the appointment time! Very well impressed with Tyson and Precision Garage Doors.

This was simply the BEST experience! I came home and the opener didn't work. I called and within 2 hours the technicians were here. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable young men who quickly replaced the openers. I cannot say enough about how great this was. I appreciate it very much!

When I pulled in and my garage door wouldn’t open I was expecting to have to wait a week. I called Precision and they had someone out within 3 hours and the door fixed less than an hour after arrival. I cannot put into words my appreciation and gratitude. Great experience with Anthony Parson. I called for a quote on a repair or replacement on Sunday evening and Anthony was at my house at 9am the next day. He went over all the issues with my wife and was able to fix the garage door instead of total replacement. He was not overly pushy but gently encouraged total replacement. Unfortunately we could not move forward at this time however I will be calling back for total replacement. Defiantly a company I will recommend to friends, family, and my customers as well.

My garage door springs broke. The door could not be opened. I called another garage door service. I had to wait 5 days for a service. At 5pm on the day of service, the other company called and said it would be another four days before they could come out. I called Precision at 6pm and they were here by 8am the next morning. The technician, Tony, was pleasant and professional. The repair was completed with an hour. The price was reasonable. I will use Precision for any future needs and highly recommend them!

5 The tech was very knowledgeable and fixed our problem quickly. We were told it was still under warranty but on the report it said No Warranty. Not sure about that. But I was very pleased and would recommend Precision!!!

I saw your ad in the yellow pages. I had scheduled a spring repair for the previous Monday. They were a no show and they did not call me, I had to call them to find out why they did not show up. Precision was much more professional from the beginning. When the technician arrived to do the repairs, he recommended a maintenance package with a warranty. Our door is 18 years old and we knew we needed something like that. We were going to ask him to check all the parts anyway. Nick was very professional and we had a great experience. He was here only one hour doing the work. When it was done, I told my husband that I was glad the other company was a no show. No customer service there. We would definitely recommend Precision. Thank you so much for your work and coming out on a Saturday.

I can’t tell you how happy I am with the responsive service I got from Precision. We had a door get hit and damaged while pulling into one of our garages. It was jammed in the up position and I didn’t want it left that way for days until I could get a replacement door ordered and installed. They sent someone out within an hour of my call, Alex was polite and courteous and very professional and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. It took no time for him to get it repaired enough to close so the garage and house would be secure until the replacement is ready for installation. I highly recommend them and feel they are head and shoulders above any other garage door companies servicing our area.
