Outstanding service. This guy came in, looked at my problem and told me he would have the job done in about an hour. I watched him for a few minutes and was very impressed. Had a spring break about a year ago. You came out on a weekend, explained everything in detail, and even lubricated my other doors. Today you replaced a broken spring on my second door. The spring on our garage door was 17 years old and broke so I couldn't get my vehicle out of the garage because the door wouldn't go up. I called Precision and the. were out to fix it within an hour and a half allowing me to still get to my appointments that day. Great work and quick response time!

Called office around 9- 9:30am . Service man was set up for between 11 and 1. Tyson showed up at my residence at about 11 - 11:30 . He was very courteous, went right to the problem ( spring) made the repair tested and adjusted the door. 45 min to an hour job complete. I would recommend Precision door to anyone
