Precision was great to work with from start to finish. We came home one day to find one of the rollers on the floor of the garage. I called Precision up first thing on a Monday, and they were able to be out to our house first thing on Tuesday morning. On the call, I was given a timeframe along with the tech’s name, and Chad called a half hour ahead to let me know he was on his way. Chad had our problem diagnosed in less than 30 minutes and fixed no more than an hour later. He was professional and thorough in his inspection and repair. He provided three options for repairs, and allowed us to choose which we wanted that best fit our budget.

In need of a new garage door, in July of this year, I contacted Precision Door of Central Pa & another garage door company. I chose to use Precision Door because the sales representative was very professional & knowledgeable of their products & Precision offered more door options. Due to the current supply issues, I'm still waiting on my install but, in the meantime, because my current garage door was in operable, the General Manager sent 2 technicians, who were also very professional & knowledgeable, to temporarily fix my garage door for no cost to me because of being inconvenienced due to the delay of the install. A nearby lightning strike "fried" our garage door openers late on a Friday afternoon. I called Precision Door on Saturday morning and was able to speak to a real person that was able to schedule an appointment for a site visit by a service technician. Chad arrived on time for the appointment on Wednesday after calling to let us know he was on his way. He fully explained the options for repair or replacement of the openers, clearly answered all our questions, and provided a detailed estimate for each of the viable options, after which we were able to make our garage door opener replacement selection. While at the house Chad was also able to schedule his return visit to install the new openers. First thing Friday morning Chad was onsite installing the new openers and pertinent attachments. Everything about the whole experience was performed in a truly professional manner. Chad was personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and a great representative of Precision Door. I highly recommend the company and especially Chad for a job well done.

These folks are great. I had a broken spring, worn pulleys and frayed wire ropes.. It took Dustin around 45 minutes to do the total repair. When done, the garage door worked like new. Great job people. Would I recommend them? For sure. You can't go wrong.
