Josh was fantastic and did a great job on my opener. The job was to replace a 12-year-old opener that had begun to age out. When I initially called the job in, someone offered to troubleshoot the opener over the phone to save me money. Unfortunately, the opener was too far gone for that to work, but I was very appreciative of the effort made. The following day, when the tech arrived, I was presented with a thorough inspection report and was shown the interior damage to the opener motor, which put my mind at ease and made me realize that I was making the right decision to do a total replacement. The job was completed in less than two hours, and the total cost was $20 CHEAPER than I was quoted the day before. Josh was very friendly and polite and made the whole experience a pleasure. I couldn't be happier with the technician, the job, the service, and the product itself.

One of my garage door springs broke over the weekend and I called Precision right away since they had Saturday hours. First thing Monday morning, right on time, Mr. Benjamin was there to get things working again. I had already concluded that both springs would need replacing, and due to the age of the system, was considering the possibility of upgrading the garage door opener, but would need additional information. Benji conducted the safety inspection of the motor and the evaluation of the overall system; he provided information regarding the functional requirements for the type of doors; and discussed the various options available. A few hours later, there is a system with a lifetime warranty, remote access, built-in camera, a motor that is more appropriate to the weight of the doors, LED lighting, and quiet belt drive. I appreciate the customer service rep who took my call on Saturday and Mr. Benjamin for his professionalism and expertise on the install. The doors are working beautifully and are quieter than I thought possible.

We selected Precision Garage based on the wonderful reviews. Chad was very helpful a I did not know that we could replace the 2 doors with one in the same space as it exceeded the size of a standard door. After measuring the available space and checking with the office he confirmed that we could get a door greater than 17 feet in width. The door would take 3 to 5 weeks, and now I have to get a contractor to remove the center section between the 2 doors now in place. We are excited as Chad's suggestions are now allowing us to to get a bigger door in the existing space, and not have the extra costs of rebuilding both sides for installing the new door.

I called Precision door when my garage door broke and I am so glad I did. My technician, Chad, came out the next day and got me up and running. He provided three detailed plans with pricing and warranties and explained them all so I felt confident making a choice. Once I made a choice he got to work and was done in less than two hours! And he left the area CLEANER than he found it. Everything is sturdy, refreshed, and lubricated. My door is so much quieter, moves smoothly, and I can now enjoy a five year warranty in case anything goes wrong. I could not recommend this company more. They somehow made me glad my door broke! Great service on roller and spring replacement. Not sure why they charge $20 for each roller when they come in sets of 10 for a quarter of the cost. The spring seems over priced as well.
