We were estatic with the quick response of your service performed to repair our garage door today, called mid morning and you folks already had us set up the same day service to get it fixed. The professional service that was performed today by Henry was unbelievable, he was so enjoyable in making sure that during his repair if we had any questions he answered them , along with going over and explaining everything once he was finished. This was my first time using Precision Garage Door. I call them on Thursday and someone was here on Monday to fix my door. My installer was Henry, he gave me a quote of what need fixed and a timeline of how long it would take. He did a great job, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Eddie and trainee Kenny arrive by 7:45 or 7:50am. Eddie, lead technician introduced himself and his trainee. They examined the larger garage door with broken cable. Also determined rollers weren't doing job. Smaller garage door at main house needed new springs and rollers. Eddie explained the concept on pricing of "band-aid", 5-year warranty and 10-year warranty. Both set to work. As anything new came up Eddie explained what was wrong and what was needed. They worked continuously and handled any small issues until about 12:15 pm when job was complete. Both techs were pleasant and polite. Very professional.
