I called Precision for one reason. His name is Shane. I had called his previous employer only to find that he had gone to work for Precision. Shane has serviced our overhead doors multiple times (We have seven of them). Shane knows his trade and exactly what needs to be done in order to keep your doors operating in tip- top condition.

I was very happy with the technician and the service. Not only was he not late, but he managed to arrive a little early, which I appreciated. My only concern is that there was a service call charge in addition to the charge for repairing the spring. I had understood that the service call charge would be included in the repair charge, but perhaps I misunderstood. He completed the job in about an hour.
