I called Precision after a less than pleasant interaction with the local OHD company. PDS has been great in every respect. I scheduled on-line for Monday afternoon appt. on a Saturday morning. Feedback on the appointment was nearly immediate and I was able to modify my original request w/ a phone call. Appointment confirmation came on Sunday by text, and further notifications were made on Monday. The technician called me when he was 30ish minutes out and arrived about 30 minutes early for the 2 hour appointment window. The technician and his trainee were very professional and I was pleased to have them on my property doing my work. Although I had originally scheduled only for the replacement of a door opener, I decided after speaking with the techs to replace both openers and the rollers, springs and cables on both doors. When the work was completed I couldn’t have been more pleased with everything. I would strongly recommend PDS, Steve and Mike.
