Was in need of garage door repair.Called on a Tuesday afternoon, an appointment was set up for the next day. The technician, Steve actually arrived early. He looked over the job, told me what repairs were required, and gave me a few options. After my decision was made he began the repairs which only took about an hour. I had an issue with the cable on one of my garage doors. I called Precision Door Service and they came at MY earliest convenience. Anthony Fermano was the technician who performed the service. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Though I had a minor issue with a cable, he discovered the reason as to why the problem existed. He corrected the problem with a thorough explanation prior to doing the work. He showed me some preventative measures to keep the doors in good working order. I was very satisfied with the appointment process, service and reasonable pricing. I recommend this service to everyone.

Excellent service and skill from the telephone receptionist until the service call was completed. Steve and Anthony, the technicians, arrived on time as promised.
