Fast and professional service. The only problem I had was discussing cost just before the job started because the technician was unaware of a special the office had quoted during our call when booking the job. The price quoted was honored but being told he would be giving up his labor cost to honor the quote made for an awkward moment. Better communication between the office and technicians would be good. Otherwise, a great job.

Anthony came over promptly when my garage door fell apart. He reframed my door and levelled it. He was very reasonable and not only fixed it but taught me a few things I didn't know. Keep this guy around!

Anthony was the perfect person to fix our garage door. We had been having issues with the door making a loud racket when opening/closing. I was at my wits ends, and decided that I may have to replace the door/opener. I called Precision, and they set up the appointment for two days later, my request. Anthony arrived and convinced me that I did not need a new door, or opener just some TLC on the door. That turned into a lot of TLC and three hours later the door opened with very little sound, and I and my neighbors are happy (no more loud noises when opening and closing). I would recommend Precision to all my friends.
