Precision was quick to respond to our call for broken cables on our door. They were fast and efficient. We had the cables/springs and rollers replaced since it was 17 years old. It was suggested but they were not pushy about it, just a suggestion. We have been in the situation of broken springs and cables before so we decided a rebuild of the moving parts was a great way to go. The door is much quieter now. I would highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

Last evening my garage door spring snapped and the door could not be opened I went on the internet and clicked onto Precision door and was able to make an appointment for the following morning 8:00am-12:00am much to my surprise the service tech was at my home at 8:00am explained exactly what he was going to do and cost even the time it would takes Am I happy you bet anytime you can get this type of service is unusual 5 stars +

My Garage door panel on top busted in half and we just received Valu-pak in the mail which we found one for Garage door service so we called. Two days later a service tech came out and said I needed a new door and a new Garage door opener. Three days later a gentleman called and arrived and very quickly and efficiently installed both explained everything to me. I was very pleased and will recommend this company.
