Having called another service, leaving a message only to get no response, I called precision at 0845 the next day. Logan arrived at 0945 after I talked to a very polite receptionist. He listened to my description of the problem, gave me several options concerning repair or replacement, and noticed my spring was on its last legs. He installed a new door opener and spring and was done at 1130. The new opener is extremely quiet and uses a full chain instead of cable/chain combo like my last one. The new spring was an upgrade which will last much longer than the last one. I am more than happy with everything!

The spring on my garage door broke, and my car was trapped inside. I found Precision online and liked that they do background checks and drug test their employees. I called, and they said that they could be out the same day. I was given a four-hour window for their arrival. They sent me a text with the name (Scott) and photo of the technician they were sending. He gave me a call, found out what the issue was, and said he’d be here in 35 minutes. Scott was on time, polite, and friendly. He explained what was wrong and how to fix it. He didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend Precision and Scott. Their same-day service saved me from missing work.
