Isaac did a great job for us. Going in I knew that just replacing a broken cable on a 25 year old door wasn’t the best thing to do. Isaac broke down 3 different scenarios for us and made common sense suggestions with absolutely no hard sell. He was as polite and friendly as he was efficient. Finished the job amazingly fast. These folks are terrific. My garage door opener had been installed by a total hack, who butchered the job. In short order, it fell apart. I called Precision in the morning, the installer (George) arrived 2 hours later and totally redid the installation. He did a great job! My only regret is that I didn't call them originally. I'm thrilled with what was done!
