Precision Garage is fantastic. We got taken in by a scam company pretending to be them (so make doubly sure you've got the right company) who did a shoddy, substandard job. Precision sent someone to check the work for us and fix it. Everyone we spoke to from Precision was kind and professional. I highly recommend them.

Precision Garage Door Service provided excellent service in repairing my garage door springs, pulleys. cables. Their mechanic, Israel Hixon, was extremely courteous and professional. He explained my repair options, providing detail information in order for my wife and me to make an informed decision. The work was performed in expert fashion ensuring my garage door is operating properly - dare I say AS NEW !!! Thanks for your efforts. I am a very pleased customer. I called Precision in the morning and they scheduled an appointment the same day. The technician showed up on time and was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the damaged keypad. He also checked/ serviced the rollers, applying silicon, as needed. I was very pleased with the overall service of Precision, including their phone service and technician.

I gave the sales person the order and credit card info, but she forgot to place the order. We only realized this when I contacted her weeks later to check the status of the door. Very aggravating, and the wait time when we originally tried to order was 6-8 weeks. By the time it was actually processed, the wait time was 8-16.

Both Joel and John Aaron were extremely professional. They explained our options and we were able to choose what we needed. We originally needed what we thought would be a new keypad/remote but wound up changing one motor but also hardware on both doors which was badly needed. It was nice to see the senior/veteran discount although it only was valid Wed-Thurs.

Really was just looking to repair my problem, but after tech (Mike P) explained all that was wrong with my 24 yr old wood door I had to repair, price seemed reasonable to just get a new door installed, not too much more than repair cost and he temp fixed my problem until new door comes in pro bono. saying that, he was not too pushy, just trying to sell what I needed. Can't comment on new door yet, but service & tech very good.
