This is a very fine company to deal with. The garage door motor that was installed in November 2022 had stopped working. It was easy to set up an appointment for the technician to visit. The people at the company to whom I spoke were very friendly and accommodating. The technician notified us ahead of time when he would be arriving, and was well within the window of the appointment time. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced the motor under warranty with no charge. If you need a garage door or service on it, I would not hesitate to call Precision garage Door.

Yesterday my wife saw that our garage door was not working properly when she pressed the button to close it. We called Precision Garage door and were given an appointment time with a repairman for the next day.. As promised, the repairman called us 30 minutes before his arrival time. After he arrived, he quickly assessed the problem that was causing the garage door to malfunction and took the time to explain what he felt was the best course of action to get the problem resolved. The repairman was very professional and courteous and My wife and I felt confident that he was the right man to do the work that needed to be done.

Our garage door would not close last night after a roller came off the track. I remembered that our old neighbors had used Precision for a repair and replacement so I called thinking I would be able to leave a message for a call back this morning. I was pleasantly surprised to have the phone answered by a lovely woman who took all of my information and set up an appointment for this morning with a 4 hour window. I received a text confirmation this morning when the technician was on his way to do the job. The text included the name of our technician (Lewis). He arrived precisely at the start of the 4 hour window and was pleasant, confident and well prepared to do the job after his examination and explanation of our repair options. He completed the job quickly and even suggested how we could maintain our garage door so that we would have many more years with it. Excellent experience!

It’s a bad day when your garage door breaks and your car is inside. Got the car out called precision for repair and they were right on time keeping me abreast to their arrival throughout the day. Mike came assessed and by ends day I have BOTH doors repaired (essentially all but the physical doors) and new automatic systems installed! They work amazingly and “whisper” quiet. True craftsman and professionals. Added bonus is all work is guaranteed and prices were spot on.
