The install went well. Jeff was great. I really appreciated the text message that showed the technicians picture and gave us information about him like what he likes to do and music he likes. It was a nice feature. This is a good company that cares about its customer and their experience.

Dan called to update me when he would arrive and then called when he was on his way. Did inspection of garage door and gave me options on the repair. Did the repair I asked for. Worked efficiently and fast. Very polite and explained everything. No problem recommending him to anyone
