When I made the appointment I was not told about the $15 environmental charge. I was also quoted a $59 charge, for the inspection, which turned out to be $69. I am not happy that I was forced to pay the additional $25.

Peter - Thank you for reviewing our recent service call. We regret that you were not informed about the $15 charge. That should have been disclosed. We will send a refund for that amount (week of Feb. 12) when our accountant returns from surgery. We do our best to be upfront regarding all fees so you can make well informed decisions. Regarding the service charge, we charge $69 for our trained tech to come out, inspect the door, and provide a professional diagnosis. We lower that charge to $59 of you purchase any parts. We did review the recorded which indicated that we did in fact share that. We appreciate your business. We will look forward to serving you in the future if needed.

Tech came out to quote new doors/openers/tracks and was very nice. The doors he suggested we get were transitioning from Reliant over to Aspen, and the Tech didn't want to give a solid quote and have me pay for them that day (which I planned to do), until he received confirmation of the final cost of the new doors. Tech told me I would be contacted by Woody by Monday. Well Woody didn't call, and I called and left 2 voicemails with no return call. So....on to the next company. I went with Raynor Garage Doors, since this is the company that was on the brochure that we were given by Precision. They came in $700 cheaper for a better door and hardware....AND....they informed me that the Aspen doors weren't even going to begin manufacturing until end of October, first of November, so the 3-weeks that Precision quoted was also incorrect. Thanks for dropping the ball Precision! You saved me a ton of time AND money!

I'm very comfortable recommending this company. I was extremely happy with the inspection, explanation, and the various options they presented. No pressure to "up sell" me. I had the spring, several rollers, and overhead hangers replaced. They went over the door thoroughly and also repaired several hinges and some wiring. I was impressed with how the job was estimated and priced out. Terrific technicians. Polite and fast. Great Job.
