Torsion spring broke in my garage the day before I had to leave town for a business trip. Daray came out same-day, explained my options, provided pricing details and actually helped me come to the conclusion that the lowest priced scenario was the best for my current situation. Stayed onsite and rebuilt everything in less than two hours! Definitely won my long term business and I'll be using them to rebuild my other garage door as well in the near future.

The scheduler was very professional and set up a visit from the technician the same day I called. The technician explained the reasons for the door's failure, explained why he recommended a particular spring and inspected the entire door. He was polite, professional and provided information so that we could make a sensible decision. They are very good. PS. Also very nice to Ernie, our golden retriever, who liked the technician too.

One of the springs on my older garage door opening system broke late at night. I was not able to get the door open and could not get my car out of the garage. I called Precision the next morning at 8:30am and someone was at my house by 10am. Jon, was great! He explained my options in great detail from replacing the spring to doing an overhaul with a new spring system. I opted for the new spring system since this particular garage door is used the most and I did not want to just "band aid" the system. It comes with a great warranty so I was happy with my decision. Precision was wonderful but Jon was even better! I'm glad I had Precision repair my system.

Garrett made significant adjustments to rebalance the garage door so that the door would close without reversing. He arrived on time, was very professional in his work and knew how to solve the problems with the garage door. The door works great compared to the way it opened and closed prior to his adjustments
