Called for service on a broken door opener. The representative I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly. Appointment made for the following day. Jeremy gave me a diagnosis and options for repair/replacement. Within 40 minutes he installed a new opener for me. Extremely pleased with the quality of the new opener and with the expertise and service that Jeremy provided. Kudos all around!

We just had some repairs made to our 27 year old wooden garage door. The bottom brackets, rollers and cables needed to be replaced. We loved all the positive reviews for Precision, and in addition to being insured and professionally trained, we liked that they provide a photo of who is coming to your home (great safety feature). The repairman was actually early, he was professional, courteous and gave some great maintenance tips. I hope I don’t need them again soon, but if I do, I would not hesitate to use their service.

Jeremy was great, would definitely recommend him. The way my quote was given from the office was upsetting. Was quoted one price and charged a higher price. Upon hering the news Jeremy rectified the issue. Not the owner, or the manager which was a stand up move on his part. Jeremy is the only reason I'm giving 5 stars. Otherwise for the company alone 2 stars.

They gave me a time window of 9-11 verbally and in writing and did not show or call. When I called them no apology. I was told I was given wrong information. When they showed up, Eddie measured door handed me a pamphlet to choose color. He was gone in 5 minutes. No samples and no information about door I was purchasing. Very disappointed.

Adam and Ryan installed a new overhead door today. Adam called when he said he would call to advise of an arrival time, and they both arrived at that exact time. Our old door was removed and the new one (including all new hardware) installed within 90 minutes! Adam and Ryan were both courteous, professional, skilled, and most importantly, a pleasure to deal with. After ensuring that we were pleased with the install, they gave helpful maintenance information to keep our investment in good working condition. I cannot express just how happy I am with the entire process! Adam was great with the initial consult (again very punctual), and the install was barely a blip on our weekend! I will gladly refer you guys if anyone ever has garage door problems. Thank you for a job very well done!
