Excellent customer service all around. My cable cords got bunched up after I accidentally hit my garage door backing up (oops, thankfully no major damage) and I was able to call and have someone come out the same day. The garage door would really squeak sometimes when opening or closing. Because the door and rails are over 13 years old I wanted to get it checked. Jeremy was very polite, answered my questions, checked the railings and sprayed everything to eliminate the squeaking.
