One of our garage door springs broke. I called Precision and they were able to come out the same day. Jim was very professional and courteous. After he evaluated the situation, he pointed out various things that can cause the springs to break early and things that can help extend the life of the springs. He wrote up a quote for the various services that he recommended and let me choose what I wanted to do.
