One of our garage door springs broke. I called Precision and they were able to come out the same day. Jim was very professional and courteous. After he evaluated the situation, he pointed out various things that can cause the springs to break early and things that can help extend the life of the springs. He wrote up a quote for the various services that he recommended and let me choose what I wanted to do.

The door installation was completed with quality with two skilled technicians. Had some earlier scheduling problems but Owner got involved and work with me directly took care of things immediately. Installation had challenges which was not their issues but they suck with until it was correct without rushing. Installation looks great. Tight seal on door which I wanted. I’m very happy.

We needed anew garage door opener I looked online read the reviews decided to go with precision.the 2 guys came we discussed our wants in opener and in a 1 hour or so we had a new top of the line opener. I even called back 5 minutes after they left I couldn’t get door to go Down. They turned around came right back . When pulling up the door went down. It was the sensor user error they were so nice about it. Highly recommend they come out within 24 hours .price service was fantastic.

We definately recommend Precision for garage door repair work. They replaced two springs two years ago and we have never had any issues. Recently we have used them to do another repair on our garage door and they will be replacing all of the aged rollers. They are professional, fast and responsive.

The door on occasion would not close on the first try. Yesterday it persistently popped back up. Keith called and showed up on time and more solidly affixed the electric eye safety device and currently the door is working fine. Keith was a very pleasant person to deal with and if need be I would be pleased to see him again.

I had the pleasure of having Josh P. service the garage by replacing both springs. Now, I must say... a tech who stops to buy lemonade from the kiddos down the street gets an A+ in my book for a first impression AND representation of a great company. :) He was very thorough in explaining what he was going to be doing and showing me other issues that might need addressing in the future (but was NOT at all that annoying pushy kinda sales guy). Oh, and let's not forget to mention service the same day I called. ... so, would I recommend Precision Doors??.... definitely a yes.
