Casey arrived earlier than expected, which was great. Immediately saw what was going on and fixed the problem - the safety sensor had been bumped out of alignment. A mere twist back in place and "all done!" Service and attitude was great as usual. Didn't give 5 stars because as a repeat customer, I felt even the $85 service fee should have been waived or reduced. Problem fixed in less than 30 secs.

I did find a Groupon for a tune up and it turned out to be a great value and needed service. The technician was early and did a fantastic job of correcting some of the gaffs the previous installers had made. He explained everything that he did and was very patient. I hope having the door serviced will extend the use of the equipment.
