Mike was terrific. Closely inspected all aspects of our door and then gave us a rundown of what was needed to service it today and what we should expect over the remaining life of the door and components. I originally called Precision Garage Door to repair my garage door opener, which had stopped working that morning. I called and they scheduled an appointment for the afternoon. Ethan came and quickly assessed that my opener was getting ready to die because of its age and said the best course of action was to install a new one. He installed it, and it was more than I expected. My garage door opener sounds so quiet that I don’t even know when it goes up or down. I also have 4 different ways to open my garage now. Also, the light comes on automatically when I walk into the garage in the morning. The money I spent was worth every penny.
