I recently hired Precision Door to replace a 30 year old garage door in my home. The initial contact was excellent with their agent carefully and clearly explaining the installation process, the types of equipment available, the various pricing options and the timing of the installation. On the date of the installation, the two-man team arrived on time and ready to work. The installers were courteous and very efficient. They completed the job in approximately 5 hours. Following the installation, they showed us how the new door works, helped us set up the door code, and discussed the warranty process. A positive experience all the way around.

I made a bad decision by choosing to repair as opposed to replace- and I take full responsibility- however, when I asked if it was too late to change my mind basically I was told no and mechanic wanted to charge 50% of the repair cost. the time spent replacing the gear and sprocket didn't even take 20 minutes. I would have considered a bit more if given the chance.

Josh was one of the most polite repair man that I have ever had. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He replaced rollers on the garage door and fixed the broken chains on the garage door and did maintenance on it all. I am sure nothing had ever been done to the equipment in 18 years.
