My garage door was not working. A friend of mine recommended Precision and was pleased with the service with that said, I called and made an appointment. I received a phone call from Mike saying when he would arrive. He explained in detail while assessing the problem and made a few recommendations. I did replace the unit and was delighted at the performance of the garage door opening/closing silently and how gently it touched the ground. Mike also helped me key in the code to my car. Again, I am so happy to have had the service done at once. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

The only downside: it took four appointments before a technician arrived. Apparently, this was a staffing issue. Only one technician for Cape Coral.... The upside: Sergio, the Naples technician, arrived this morning. He was pleasant and professional. I told him what I was looking for and he didn't try the used car salesman tactics. He installed the new garage door opener and explained the operation of the system to me. He left his work area clean. The price was reasonable. I would recommend this company.

We had a garage door that would not open today, a Saturday. After calling I was given a time frame for same day service . The tech arrived during that time . He diagnosed the issues & went to work. Creighton, the tech, was courteous, friendly & competent. The repair was expensive (more than we expected), but that seems to be the way today for everything. We appreciated getting the repair done without a long wait. A disappointing policy of this co. is a $79 charge for an estimate . Our experience was 5 star, but I will give them 4 stars based on the charge for an estimate, as there are many people that cannot afford this.

The chain on my garage door opener broke and they had already fixed another part and I just did not want to put more money into an old worn out unit. Mark installed a new a little over a hour we had a fully functional, quiet garage door and the door code works!!! great work courteous and no pressure. it was my idea to just replace it!
