Commercial says that many times they can get to you same day but the closest appointment I could get was 5 business days out. I understand that since Ian service companies are very busy, just be honest. Ben our service tech was great. He came early and quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. He did not oversell and gave me honest assessments of the condition of the door and components. Not crazy about the 4% service charge to use a credit card. Not sure it's legal but this is Florida so it may be.

Came home Saturday evening only to find that the garage door would not go up due to a broken spring. Called Precision Door that same evening and at 8:20 AM the following Sunday morning Jason was at our door. He evaluated the situation, made a couple of recommendations to upgrade the springs and bearings, which he had on his truck. He then proceeded to remove the old bearings and springs and showed how the replacement parts were of a much better quality and that they would be warrantied for 7-years. He completed the work very quickly and left with the door operating better than it did new. I highly recommend Precision Door Services and their technician Jason H.
