Joseph Askew was the technician that was assigned to come and fix our garage door since the metal handle broke off the garage door. We were very much impressed by his excellent skills and ability to attach the metal handle to the garage door in a matter of minutes. It did not take him long to do the repair and fix the problem with our garage door. He took his time explaining how the metal handle would now be installed and how it will work now that he had added a new attachment to the door. My wife and I will certainly continue to use Precision Garage Door from now on. They are very prompt and well trained individuals that take care of their customers first. Great Job Joseph!

New hurricane resistant garage door installed. Took 6 hours. Very nice, helpful, tidy technician who kept me fully informed. Unassembled door in box white not almond as ordered and labeled. Offered to replace for no additional cost to me when in stock. Wire to draw door up and down on both sizes got twisted for unknown reason. Had to have repair technician come out to complete installation. Kept me fully informed with problem and resolution.

I knew before he came that it is always a good idea to repair both springs at the same time. We decided to go with the 7 yr warranty springs. Very impressed! My garage door opener was "acting up" and needed attention, and after looking online for a reputable company it didn't take long to realize that Precision was the company I wanted to work with. Josh called 30 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way, and he was exceptionally courteous, professional, and attentive. He did a thorough check of the electric opener, re-positioned the safety beam, tightened the chain and lubricated the rollers, tracks, and springs on the door itself, and installed new weatherstripping, informing me of each step along the way. I am very pleased with the service I received and will definitely use Precision again. Thanks for a great job!
