There was a lack of communication and miscommunication between the phone estimate, the estimator that came to the house, and the the contract estimate by email on the price .. additionally the top panel was installed damaged with a dent. The installer was very polite friendly and accommodating. I’m not thrilled with the experience

Great experience with Precision Door. Carlos was our technician from the start and was very careful in his analysis of the problem as well as his explanation of the options for fixing. He helped get the door fixed as quickly as possible and he and Sonny spent a good deal of time replacing all the needed parts and making sure the door worked really well before they left. They were clean, polite and professional. Will call Precision again if needed--but I really hope I don't need to!!!!
